You love your kids deeply — and you've lost touch with yourself.
The mental load is heavy, your relationship feels different, and you're quietly wondering when things started feeling like just going through the motions. Therapy can help you find your way back.

Worry and overthinking have become your default.
You're tired of feeling on edge and ready to find a calmer, more grounded way of moving through life. Together we'll build awareness of what's driving the anxiety and work through what's keeping you stuck.

Hi, I'm Megan Darkins.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Oregon, providing virtual therapy to individuals in Oregon and Virginia.
My passion for supporting women through pregnancy and motherhood runs deep — before private practice, I spent years working in a hospital labor and delivery and NICU unit, walking alongside women and families through some of the most profound and challenging moments of their lives. That experience shaped everything about how I show up as a therapist. My own journey into motherhood has only deepened that understanding — with empathy and zero judgment, because wow, being a parent is hard. I know what it's like to love your kids deeply and still feel like you've lost a piece of yourself somewhere along the way. That's exactly the kind of thing we can work through together.
Outside of therapy I love spending time with my husband and our two beautiful kids. My hobbies include drinking coffee, target runs, dinosaur lectures from my preschooler, and watching reality tv.
